Vezovi imaju video-nadzor, te se u zimskom periodu vrata na molovima zaključavaju. Tu se vrše i popravci električnih i elektroničkih instalacija kao i popravci dijelova od čelika, drva i stakloplastike. Ovlašteni smo servis za Volvo - Penta motore sa višegodišnjim iskustvom. Radimo po pravilima VP sustava i ugrađujemo isključivo original dijelove sa garancijom do 24 mjeseca (2 godine). Ovlašteni smo servis za Yanmar motore, Honda vanbrodske motore i Tohatsu motore. Popravljamo, servisiramo brodske generatore: ONAN, MASE, PAGURO kao i nabavku i ugradnju novih. Organiziramo servise za tipove brodskih i vanbrodskih motora: MTU, CUMMINS, MAN, CATERPILLAR, MERCURY, LOMBARDINI, JOHNSON, EVINRUDE, IVECO, MERCRUISER, VETUS. Organiziramo servise splavi za spašavanje i postavljamo nove, pregled, provjeru i popravak protupožarne opreme, kao i instalaciju novih sustava protiv požara. We repair and service engine generators such as ONAN, MASE, PAGURO, as well as acquire and install new ones. Informacije u vezi s mogučnošću polaganja ispita za voditelja brodice u Republici Hrvatskoj, stjecanje dozvole kao i pomoć pri organizaciji prijava za polaganje ispita u Lučkoj kapetaniji Pula, možete poslati i e-mailom na charter@ tehmarinav.t-com.hr. Rado ćemo Vam pomoći i praktičnim dijelom obuke na jedrilicama koje imamo u svojem sastavu.

Područje plovidbe u Hrvatskoj je 6 nautičkih milja od obale i obale otoka (ukupno 12 NM). Ukoliko odlučite pristupiti ispitu, možete nas kontaktirati radi pomoći za pripremu polaganja ispita.

Ispit za voditelja brodice u Puli možete obaviti svake subote od svibnja do rujna tekuće godine te je moguće polaganje ispita subotom i u ostalim mjesecima, ali uz predhodnu najavu.

Punoljetne osobe ( 18 ) mogu ploviti svakim plovilom koje je upisano u očevidnik brodica. Voditelj brodice kategorije ´B´ može zapovijedati i plovilom-jahtom do 30 BT (bruto tona) ako je koristi za osobne potrebe, a unajmio ju je uCha-

The exam for boat skipper licence in Pula can be taken every Saturday from May to September of the current year and it is also possible to take the exam on a Saturday in other months, with prior appointment.

Sva plovila nemaju međunarodnu plovidbenu dozvolu te charter tvrtka koja je vlasnik broda mora biti obaviještena unaprijed kako bi na vrijeme pripremila sve potrebite dokumente. Prilikom prijelaza granice morate voditi računa te se javiti u najbliži hrvatski carinski ured kao i na carinski ured države u koju ulazite. Carinski uredi se obično nalaze u sklopu lučke kapetanije grada koji je najbliži granici. Pri prijelazu granice potrebno je pokazati dokumente plovila i važeći popis putnika ( crew listu ) na kojem će vam carinski djelatnik utisnuti žig. BORAVIŠNA PRISTOJBA U REPUBLICI HRVATSKOJ Prema važećem Zakonu o boravišnoj pristojbi, gost je dužan platiti boravišnu pristojbu istovremeno s plaćanjem usluge smještaja. Boravišna pristojba propisana Zakonom o boravišnoj pristojbi iznosi 7,00 kn po osobi na dan za osobe starije od 18 godina. Mladi od 12 do 18 godina imaju popust od 50% na taj iznos, dok djeca do 12. godine starosti ne plaćaju boravišnu pristojbu. Konačan iznos boravišne pristojbe za određenu rezervaciju ovisi o duljini boravka, a naplaćuje se u charteru pri dolasku, odnosno preuzimanju plovila . SIGURNOSNI DEPOZIT Sigurnosni depozit kojeg kao polog ostavljate u bazi je iznos kojim klijent odgovara za štetu nastalu za vrijeme korištenja plovila.

Depozit se vraća u punom iznosu ukoliko pri primopredaji plovila nije ustanovljena nikakva šteta na istom, odnosno ukoliko je plovilo vraćeno u istom stanju u kojem je bilo i preuzeto. Visina depozita za pojedino plovilo predstavlja maksimalni iznos za koji Vas se može teretiti za nastalu štetu. Sva šteta koja prelazi iznos sigurnosnog depozita će se naplatiti od osiguravajuće tvrtke u kojoj je predmetno plovilo osigurano. OSIGURANJE DEPOZITA Dodatno osiguranje sigurnosnog depozita koje pokriva gotovo svu štetu nastalu za vrijeme chartera stoji Vam na raspolaganju i možete ga zatražiti ili u svojoj zemlji ili direktno u charter bazi. Opći uvjeti ovakvog osiguranja ovise o pojedinoj osiguravajućoj kući, ali najčešće iznose 10% od iznosa sigurnosnog depozita za brod koji uzimate u charter. DOZVOLA ZA RONJENJE Ronjenje u Jadranu je strogo zabranjeno bez odgovarajuće dozvole – trebate imati važeću ronilačku dozvolu Hrvatskog ronilačkog saveza. Ovu dozvolu mozete zatražiti ukoliko imate ronilačku dozvolu koju vam je izdalo neko od međunarodnih priznatih ronilačkih društava (UDI, IDD,CMAS,PADI,MDEA,). REZERVACIJA TRANZITNOG MJESTA U MARINI Usluga rezervacije veza unaprijed nije na raspolaganju te ako želite osigurati mjesto u marini tijekom srpnja i kolovoza kada su najveće gužve, preporučamo dolazak u marinu u ranim popodnevnim satima. VREMENSKA PROGNOZA Vremensku prognozu možete zatražiti na recepciji bilo koje marine. Naravno, za potrebne informacije uvijek možete nazvati charter bazu (imate besplatan mobitel na plovilu) ili se voditi prognozama s radija i VHF-a, obzirom da se emitiraju poprilično često, pogotovo u ljetnim mjesecima. Na našim plovilima nalazi se i besplatan Wi-Fi koji Vam omogućava korištenje aplikacija za razne mobilne uređaje. Većina Jadranskog mora je pokrivena signalom za mobilnu telekomunikaciju.

MALI KUĆANSKI UREĐAJI NA PLOVILU Sva plovila imaju priključak za obalnu električnu mrežu i dok ste u marini sve uređaje možete koristiti kao da ste u hotelu ili nekom drugom objektu. Punjači za mobitele se mogu koristiti preko standardne utičnice za 220 V kada ste priključeni na obalnu električnu mrežu. CIJENA NAJMA PLOVILA UKLJUČUJE Cijena usluge smještaja na plovilu se najčešće formira na tjednoj osnovi bez obzira na broj osoba koje se nalaze na plovilu (maksimalan broj putnika i posade je uvijek ograničen ). Cijena chartera obično pokriva najam plovila, upotrebu navigacijske i sigurnosne opreme na plovilu i pomoćni čamac. Obavezna doplata koja nije uključena u cijenu chartera, a koju treba izvršiti prije ukrcaja po dolasku u marinu je tranzit log te plaćanje prijave i boravišne pristojbe. Vanbrodski motor, genaker, najam skipera , hostese, kuhara i sl. su dodatne usluge koje Vam stoje na raspolaganju i koje se također mogu naručiti uz doplatu. CHECK IN / OUT Smjena posade se odvija uglavnom subotom te nam je potrebno nekoliko sati kako bi se plovila pripremila za sljedeće korištenje. Kako bi se sve navedene radnje valjano obavile, ukrcaj obično počinje subotom od 16:00 sati. U praksi, plovila budu spremna i ranije tako da gosti plovila mogu i ranije preuzeti. Iskrcaj je subotom od 08:00 sati, ali na zahtjev gosta pregled plovila može biti obavljen i dan ranije, jer ste i prema Općim uvjetima o korištenju plovila dužni uploviti u petak do 17-18:00 sati te svakako možete prespavati na plovilu te napustiti marinu slijedećeg jutra. NAJAM PLOVILA KRAĆI OD TJEDNA Najam plovila na dan ili nekoliko dana je moguć, ali tek u last minute opciji. Cijena se formira iz tjedne cijene usluge smještaja za zatraženo razdoblje. NAJAM SKIPERA Prehrana za skipera nije uključena u cijenu njegovih usluga , ali već dugi niz godina postoji kao nepisano pravilo te se svakako morate pobrinuti i za to, bez obzira da li se odnosi na konzuINFO 2016 | 23

maciju hrane na brodu ili izvan u npr. restoranima. Cijena najma skipera za 2016. godinu iznosi 130 € + 25 % PDV-a. MALENI NAUTIČARI U CHARTERU Kao dodatno osiguranje uvijek možete tražiti sigurnosnu mrežu ili dječji pojas za spašavanje – napominjemo da ove usluge treba uvijek najaviti unaprijed. ŠKOLA JEDRENJA Vještiji nautičari će se na jedrenje uputiti samostalno, dok će oni koji nisu sigurni u svoje

umijeće upravljanja jedrilicom uzeti skipera ili se upisati u školu jedrenja u kojoj će osim teoretskih znanja iz osnova jedrenja i navigacije upoznati i praktični dio te ubrzo steći znanje dostatno za samostalno jedrenje. Ako ste početnik bez ili sa malo iskustva preporučljivo je da unajmite skipera. Osim same brige o plovidbi i plovilu može predlagati rute i naučiti ponekim vještinama upravljanja plovilom. Ukoliko želite osobu koja će vam pomoći u održavanju broda, čišćenju i kupovini, možete unajmiti hostesu. Također je moguće unajmiti kuhara koji će preuzeti brigu o kuhinji i pripremi

BASIC INFORMATION: NAVIGATION LICENCE AND VHF RADIO LICENCE According to the Croatian Maritime Act, you have to have a licence for operating a boat or a yacht, issued by the relevant State authority in your country of origin. Apart from this licence, you also have to have an appropriate VHF licence. Licences from almost all European countries are accepted in Croatia. You can find all about valid navigation licences on: http://www.mppi.hr/UserDocsImages/TABLICA ENGLISHMoU (2) 3_11.pdf CHARTERING OUTSIDE CROATIAN TERRITORIAL WATERS Charter companies usually don’t allow navigation outside Croatian territorial waters, but if a visit to Italy, Montenegro or even Greece is your main requirement, then you should definitely mention this in your enquiry. Not all boats have an international navigation permit and the charter company that owns the boat must be notified thereof in advance in order to prepare all the required documents on time. When crossing the border, you must make sure to present yourself to the nearest Croatian customs office as well as to the customs office of the country you are entering. Customs offices are usually located within the Harbour Master’s Office of the town closest to the border. When crossing the border, you have to show the boat’s documentation and a valid crew list and the customs officer will set their seal on it.

SOJOURN TAX IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA Pursuant to the applicable Sojourn Tax Act, a guest pays the sojourn tax when paying for their accommodation. The sojourn tax is defined by the Sojourn Tax Act and it amounts to HRK 7,00 per person per day for people above 18 years of age. Young people from 12 to 18 years of age have a 50% discount on that amount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying. The final amount of the sojourn tax for a specific reservation depends on the length of stay, and it is paid at the charter base at arrival i.e. at takeover of the boat. SECURITY DEPOSIT The security deposit to be deposited at the base as a guarantee is an amount with which the customer guarantees for the payment of any damage incurred during his/her use of the boat. The deposit will be refunded in full if, at the takeover of the boat, no damage is detected i.e. provided that the boat is returned in the same condition as when it was taken over. The amount of the deposit for any boat is the highest amount that you can be charged for the damage incurred. Any damage exceeding the amount of the security deposit will be collected from the insurance company where the respective boat is insured. DEPOSIT INSURANCE There is an additional insurance of the security deposit that almost entirely covers any damage incurred during the charter period and you can get it either in your country or directly at the charter base.

The general terms and conditions of such insurance depend on the specific insurance company, but they mostly equal 10% of the security deposit amount for the boat you are chartering. DIVING CERTIFICATE Diving in the Adriatic Sea is strictly forbidden without an appropriate certificate –you need to have a valid diving certificate of the Croatia Diving Federation. You can apply for this certificate if you have a diving certificate issued by one of the internationally recognized diving certification agencies (UDI, IDD, CMAS, PADI, MDEA). RESERVATION OF A TRANSIENT MOORING AT THE MARINA The service of berth reservation in advance is not available, so if you want to rent a berth in the marina in July and August, when it is most crowded, we recommend coming to the marina in the early afternoon.

SMALL HOME APPLIANCES ON THE BOAT All boats have a connection to the coastal electricity grid and as long as you are in the marina, you can use all appliances as if you were at a hotel or another facility. Mobile phone can be charged using the standard 220V outlet, when you are connected to the coastal electricity grid.

The unboarding takes place on Saturday at 8 am, but at the request of the guest, the boat can be inspected the day before (because pursuant to the General terms and conditions for the use of the boat, you are anyway required to bring the boat back on Friday at latest until 5-6 pm) and afterwards, of course, you can spend the night on the boat and leave the marina the next morning.

THE BOAT CHARTER PRICE INCLUDES The price of the accommodation onboard is mostly formed on a weekly basis, regardless of the number of persons on the boat (the maximum number of passengers and crew is always limited). The charter price usually covers the rental of the boat, the use of navigation and safety equipment on the boat, and a dinghy. A mandatory additional payment to be made before boarding i.e. upon arrival to the marina, which is not included in the charter rate, is the transit log, and the payment of the registration and the sojourn tax. An outboard engine, a gennaker, a skipper, a hostess, a cook etc. are additional services that we provide against extra payment.

BOAT RENTAL FOR LESS THAN A WEEK It is possible to rent a boat for a day or several days, but only as a last-minute option. The price is formed on the basis of the weekly rate for the accommodation service in the requested period.

CHECK IN / OUT The crew change takes place mainly on Saturdays, so we need a few hours to get the boats ready for the next use. To make sure that all the above activities are carried out properly, the loading usually begins on Saturday at 4 pm. In practice, boats are ready even earlier so guests can take over the boat even before that time.

HIRING A SKIPPER The food for skipper is not included in the price of his services, but this has been an unwritten rule for many years now so you definitely have to take care of it, regardless if it refers to consumption of food on board or ashore, e.g. in restaurants. Skipper service rate in 2016 amounts to 130€ + 25% VAT. LITTLE BOATERS ON A CHARTER As an additional security measure, you can always ask for a safety net or a child life jacket – please note that these services must always be announced in advance.

SAILING SCHOOL More experienced yachters will embark on a sailing trip on their own, whereas the ones that are not confident in their sailboating skills will hire a skipper or join the sailing school where, in addition to the theoretical knowledge of the basics of sailing and navigation, they will also become familiar with the practical aspects and soon acquire sufficient knowledge for sailing on your own. If you are a beginner with no or little experience, it is recommendable that you hire a skipper. Besides taking care of the navigation and the boat, he can also suggest routes and teach you some navigation skills. If you want a person that will help you with the maintenance of the boat, cleaning and shopping, you can hire a hostess. It is also possible to hire a cook who will assume the care of the kitchen and preparation of delicious meals. TEAM BUILDING Team sailing is a program aiming at improving the group productivity. Spending time together on a sailboat enables you to better learn the qualities and the potentials of the respective group. You decide on the length of your stay on the boat, and our team will be happy to assist you in the organization of the entire teambuilding program that can include a one-day, a week or a weekend stay, which is the most popular one.

WEATHER FORECAST You can ask for a weather forecast at the reception of any marina. Of course, if you need any information, you can always call the charter base (there is a free cell phone on the boat at your disposal) or listen to the forecasts from the radio and VHF, since they are broadcast quite often, especially during the summer. Our boats are also provided with free WiFi that enables you to use applications for different mobile devices. Most of the Adriatic Sea is covered by the mobile telecommunication signal. Falls Ihre Grundbedingung bei der Charteranfrage, das Navigieren in Italien, Montenegro oder Griechenland ist, sollten Sie dies unbedingt gleich am Anfang bei der Anfrage klar stellen. Nicht alle Schiffe verfügen über ein internationales Navigationszeugnis. Deswegen müssen Sie der Charterfirma, welche der Eigner des Schiffes ist, Zeit geben, diese Dokumente rechtzeitig anzufragen. Bei de Grenzüberquerung müssen Sie sich bei dem nähsten Zollamt abmelden bzw. beim nähsten Zollamt des Landes, das sie eintreten, anmelden. Zollämter befinden sich normalerweise in der Nähe der Hafenbehörden der Städte, die am nähsten an einer Grenze liegen. Bei der Grenzüberquerung muss man Schiffspapiere mit einer Crewliste vorzeigen, welche der Zollbeamter abstempeln wird. KURTAXE IN DER REPUBLIK KROATIEN Nach dem gültigen Kurtaxengesetz der Gast ist verpflichtet, die Kurtaxe gleichzeitig mit der Unterkunftsdienstleistung zu begleichen. Der beschrieben Betrag laut dem Kurtaxengesetz beträgt 7,- kuna pro Person und Tag für Erwachsene (über 18 Jahre). Die Jugendliche von 12 bis 18 Jahren haben eine 50% Rabatte, währen Kinder bis 12 Geburtsjahr nicht Kurtaxen pflichtig sind. Ihre Kaution wird bei der Rückgabe, falls keine Schäden am Schiff festgestellt wurden, vollkommen zurückerstattet. Das Schiff muss im gleichen Zustand zurückgebracht werden. Die Kautionshöhe für jedes Schiff entspricht dem maximalen Betrag, welchen Sie im Fall der Schäden, begleichen müssen. Jeden höheren Betrag übernimmt das Versicherungshaus des Schiffes. KAUTIONSVERSICHERUNG Zusätzliche Kautionsversicherung, welche fast alle Charterschaden abdeckt, steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Sie können es zu Hause in Ihrem Land oder direkt in der Charterbasis abmachen. Geschäftsbedingungen solcher Versicherungen hängen von der jeweiligen Versicherungsgesellschaft, betragen aber in der Regel 10% vom Kautionsbetrag des Charterschiffes. TAUCHLIZENZ Tauchen ist in der Adria ohne Genehmigung strikt verboten. Sie müssen über ein gültiges Tauchschein ausgestellt vom Kroatischen Tauchverein verfügen. Diese Lizenz kann Ihnen ausgestellt werden, nur falls Sie schon eine Lizenz ausgestellt vom international anerkannten Tauchunternehmen wie UDI, IDD,CMAS,PADI und MDEA ausgestellt haben. RESERVIERUNG EINES TRANSITPLATZES IN DER MARINA Leider bieten wir keine Möglichkeit im Voraus ein Platz in der Marina zu reservieren. Falls Sie Ihren Platz in der Marina in den Monaten Juli und August sichern möchten, empfehlen wir Ihnen am frühen Nachmittag Ihre Ankunft in der Marina einzuplanen. WETTERVORHERSAGE Sie können eine Wettervorhersage an der Rezeption in der Marina anfragen. Sie können weiterhin für zusätzliche Informationen immer die Charterbasis anrufen (auf dem Boot steht Ihnen ein kostenloses Handy zur Verfügung). Wettervorhersage können Sie weiterhin per Radio und UKW empfangen, gerade in den Som-

mermonaten werden sie fast jede Stunde ausgestrahlt. Auf unseren Booten werden Sie ein kostenloses Wi-Fi Netz finden, dass Ihnen Internetzugang für verschiedene Mobilgeräte ermöglicht. Größter Teil der Adria ist mit einem guten Mobilsignal abgedeckt. KLEINHAUSHALTSGERÄTE AN BORD Unsere ganze Flotte verfügt über den Stromanschluss und ermöglicht Ihnen während Sie in der Marina sind, alle Geräte so zu benutzen und zu laden, als ob Sie in einem Hotel wären. Ihre Mobilladegeräte funktionieren über den herkömmlichen 220V Stecker wenn Sie an Landstrom angeschlossen sind. IM CHARTERPREIS EINGESCHLOSSEN Der Charterdienstpreis basiert sich auf einer wöchentlichen Basis unabhängig davon wie viele Personen sich auf dem Boot befinden (nur die maximale Anzahl der Personen ist beschränkt). Normalerweise sind der Mietpreis, Navigationund Sicherheitsausrüstung und Beiboot im Preis enthalten. Eine obligatorische Anzahlung, welche nicht im Charterpreis enthalten ist, welche aber bei der Übergabe in der Marina zu zahlen ist, ist der sogenannter Transit Log, Anmeldungsgebühr und Kurtaxenbetrag. Außenborder, Gennaker, Skipper, Hostessen, Koch oder ähnliches stellen zusätzliche Dienstleistungen, welche Ihnen zur Verfügung stehen und durch Zuzahlung bestellt werden können. CHECK IN / OUT Bootsübergabe wird normalerweise samstags ausgeführt. Unser Personal braucht einige Stunden, um das Schiff für die neuen Kunden vorzubereiten. Um alles rechtzeitig und ordnungsgemäß durchzuführen, beginnt die Übernahme des Boots und das Check-in meisten samstags ab 16 Uhr. In der Praxis werden unsere Boote auch früher für neue Kunden bereit gestellt. Das Check-out beginnt samstags ab 8 Uhr, auch wenn wir in der Absprache mit dem Kunden, das Boot schon am Freitag durchgecheckt haben können (Sie sind laut den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen verpflichtet schon am Freitag zwischen 17 und 18 Uhr in der Marina zurück einzulaufen. Sie übernachten auf dem Boot und verlassen es am Tag darauf).

CHARTER KÜRZER ALS EINE WOCHE Wir geben die Möglichkeit unsere Schiffe auch pro Tag oder mehrere Tage zu buchen. Dies ist jedoch nur in der Las Minute Option möglich. Der Preis wird vom wöchentlichen Preis für den gefragten Zeitraum gerechnet. SKIPPER ANFRAGE Proviant ist nicht im Skipperdienstleistungspreis enthalten, jedoch gilt schon seit vielen Jahren eine ungeschrieben Regel, dass der Arbeitsgeber sich auch um sein Proviant kümmern muss (egal ob auf dem Boot oder außerhalb im Restaurant z.B.) Skipperdienstleistungspres für das Jahr 2016 beträgt 130€ + 25% Mwst. KLEINE SEEMÄNNER IM CHARTER Zusätzlich können Sie das Sicherheitsnetz

oder Kinderrettungswesten im Voraus anfragen. Diese Dienste können wir anbieten, nur wenn ausschließlich im Voraus angefordert wurden. SEGELSCHULE Erfahrene Seemänner werden unabhängig Ihre Segeltour aufnehmen, während die unerfahrenen einen Skipper für Ihres Schiff beantragen oder sich in eine Segelschule einschreiben werden. Diese wird Ihnen neben den theoretischen Segelkenntnissen auch die Navigationsgrundlagen und einen praktischen Teil leisten, um bald in der Lage zu sein, ganz alleine ein Segelschiff zu führen. Anfängern und unerfahrenen Nautiker raten wir einen Skipper zu engagieren. Außer der normalen Sorge um die Navigation und Schiff, dieser kann Ihnen Routen vorschlagen und Ihnen manche Navigations- und Segelkünsten entdecken.

Falls Sie eine Person möchten, dass Ihnen bei der Bootsreinigung und beim Einkauf hilft, stellen wir Ihnen einige Hostessen zu Verfügung. Weiterhin können Sie einen Koch engagieren, welcher sich um Ihres Kochen kümmern wird. TEAM BUILDING Segeln ist ein Teamsport, welches das Zusammenarbeiten im Team als Ziel hat. Durch den Aufenthalt auf einem Segelboot werden Sie die Möglichkeit haben, Qualitäten und Möglichkeiten einer Gruppe zu erfahren. On the coast between two piers there are new ladders for easier exit from the sea. MANN ÜBER BORD Für den Fall eines Sturzes von der Mole oder aus dem Boot kann auf die Rettungsringe, die an jeder Mole befestigt sind, zurückgegriffen werden. Am Riff zwischen den Molen sind Leitern für einen leichteren Ausstieg aus dem Meer montiert.

OIL POLLUTION OF THE SEA Marina has a 50 m protective and 50 m absorbing water-barrier for the case of major pollution. Dispersants and absorbents for minor pollutions are also available. ÖLPEST Die Marina verfügt über 50 m Schutz- und 50 m absorbierender Sperre im Fall einer größeren Verschmutzungen; zudem besitzt sie Dispersionsmittel und absorbierende Pulver für kleinere Verunreinigungen.

ORMARIĆ PRVE POMOĆI Glavni ormarić prve pomoći nalazi se na recepciji, a za hitne slučajeve dostupan je u radno vrijeme recepcije. Ostali ormarići prve pomoći sa najnužnijim priborom nalaze se na porti marine, u servisu, u prostoru mornara te na terasi “Volaria”. PRAVILNIK O ODRŽAVANJU REDA U LUCI NAUTIČKOG TURIZMA I - OPĆE ODREDBE Ovim Pravilnikom propisuju se uvjeti i način održavanja reda u luci nautičkog turizma Tehnomont Marina Veruda. III - ODREĐIVANJE MJESTA ZA PRIVEZ PLOVILA Marina određuje vez za plovilo prema svojem planu vezova. U skladu sa promjenama u navedenom planu, Marina smije plovilo premjestiti na drugi vez.

IV - UPLOVLJAVANJE I ISPLOVLJAVANJE PLOVILA Prilikom uplovljavanja u Marinu, voditelj plovila može svoj dolazak najaviti radio stanicom na VHF kanalu 17 ili telefonom, a osoblje Marine će, po potrebi, dati upute za uplovljavanje. Za vrijeme plovidbe na prostoru Marine plovilo se ne smije kretati brzinom većom od 2 čvora. Voditelj plovila je dužan bez odlaganja prijaviti svoj dolazak mornarskoj službi ili na recepciji Marine i predati dokumente plovila i popis posade. U slučaju dolaska u Marinu kopnenim putem voditelj plovila je dužan javiti se mornarskoj službi ili recepciji i predati dokumente plovila. Prije odlaska korisnik je dužan platiti sve korištene usluge na bazi važećeg cjenika. Marina smije zadržati plovilo ili stvari gosta do potpunog podmirivanja duga.

Ukoliko se radi o ugovornom plovilu korisnik je dužan prijaviti Marini svako izbivanje plovila duže od jednog dana, a povratak je dužan najaviti barem 24 sata ranije.

V - VEZIVANJE I SIDRENJE Plovila u Marini vezuju se u pravilu krmom prema obali. Vezivanje plovila mora biti izvedeno na siguran način, ispravnim konopima odgovarajućih dimenzija te postavljanjem odgovarajućih bokobrana. Privezni konopi ne smiju ometati plovidbu drugih plovila. Ukoliko plovilo nije pravilno privezano, to će učiniti radnik Marine na trošak korisnika plovila. U Marini je zabranjeno sidrenje plovila. Iznimno, voditelj luke Marine može dopustiti privremeno sidrenje plovila, ako za to postoji opravdani razlog.

Za vrijeme boravka u Marini plovilo mora na vidljivom mjestu biti obilježeno imenom i registarskom oznakom. U suprotnom, Marina može postaviti odgovarajuće oznake na trošak korisnika veza. Na razvodni električni ormarić dozvoljen je priključak samo s ispravnim električnim kablovima, sa snagom koja je dozvoljena na utičnici razvodnog električnog ormarića.

Tijekom boravka u Marini zabranjena je upotreba brodskog WC-a. Zabranjeno je pražnjenje kemijskih WC-a u krugu Marine osim u za to predviđenom prostoru (kemijski WC kod srednjeg sanitarnog čvora).

Kućni ljubimci se ne smiju bez nadzora kretati unutar Marine, a eventualne životinjske otpatke vlasnik životinje je dužan ukloniti, jer ćemo u protivnom čišćenje naplatiti u paušalnom iznosu protuvrijednosti 20 EUR. Psi se u krugu Marine moraju voditi na uzici koja odgovara veličini psa kako je propisano Zakonom. 11. Zabranjeno je branje cvijeća. 12. U slučaju većeg onečišćenja Marina će utvrditi uzročnika, poduzeti potrebne mjere radi sprečavanja onečišćenja putem zaposlenika zaduženih za tu vrstu djelatnosti te o tome obavijestiti nadležnu kapetaniju i ostala nadležna državna tijela, te za nastale troškove teretiti uzročnika.

Narušavati mir ostalih gostiju Marine. Galamiti i stvarati buku od 22:00 do 08:00 sati, osim ugostiteljskih objekata koji mogu glazbu puštati do 24h. Kretanje u blizini dizalica . Nepropisno parkiranje vozila te parkiranje vozila na zelenim površinama i prometnim putovima. Nepropisno parkirana vozila biti će uklonjena o trošku vlasnika, u paušalnom iznosu protuvrijednosti 100 EUR. 14. Obavljati bilo kakvu djelatnost bez odobrenja Marine. 15. Šetnja i zadržavanje neovlaštenih osoba po molovima. 16. Korištenje plovila bez pismenog ovlaštenja vlasnika.

IX - METEOROLOŠKI IZVJEŠTAJ Marina će svakodnevno na oglasnoj ploči istaknuti važeću vremensku prognozu izdanu od strane Hrvatskog hidrometeorološkog zavoda.

X - RUKOVANJE DIZALICOM Vlasnik ili korisnik plovila prije dizanja plovila dužan je upozoriti osobu koja rukuje radom dizalice na opremu na podvodnom dijelu plovila i dati točne podatke o položaju iste. U nedostatku navedene informacije Marina ne može biti terećena za potencijalne štete.

XI - PRIJAVLJIVANJE I PRIHVAT OTPADA S PLOVNIH OBJEKATA I OSTATAKA TERETA Plan za prihvat i rukovanje otpadom sastavni je dio ovog Pravilnika, a dostupan je svim korisnicima Marine na upit.

XII - NAČIN KONTROLE Kontrolu nad primjenom ovog Pravilnika obavlja Uprava ili osoba koju Uprava za to ovlasti. Kontrolu nad uplovljavanjem i isplovljavanjem plovila, vezivanjem i sidrenjem te boravkom plovila u marini obavljaju poslovođa nautike i mornari. Kontrolu nad očuvanjem okoliša i poštivanjem zabrana obavlja voditelj održavanja, poslovođa nautike i mornari te poslovođa održavanja i djelatnici održavanja. na snagu danom verifikacije od strane Lučke kapetanije Pula, koja je ujedno ovlaštena za provođenje nadzora nad njegovom primjenom. Pravilnik je odobren od strane Lučke kapetanije Pula 19.11.2008.

REGULATIONS ON ORDER MAINTENANCE IN THE PORT OF NAUTICAL TOURISM I - GENERAL REGULATIONS These Regulations define the conditions and manners of order maintenance in the Tehnomont Marina Veruda port of nautical tourism. These Regulations apply to all vessel owners and other persons which are present in the Marina area. It is considered that the Regulations are accepted at the moment of entering in the Marina. Regulations are exhibited on the entrance gate, information board and on the Reception of the Marina. The order in the Marina is controlled by the Marina management, as a body that runs the Port.

II - PURPOSE OF EACH PART OF THE HARBOUR • • •

III - DEFINING THE BERTHS FOR VESSELS Marina provides berths for vessels according to the plan of berths. According to changes in the plan, Marina can move the vessel to another berth.

IV - SAILING IN AND OUT OF THE MARINA When sailing in the Marina the captain may announce his arrival with the radio station on VHF channel 17 or by telephone. The personnel of the Marina will, if necessary, give instructions for mooring. During their sailing inside the Marina area, the vessels are not allowed to sail more than 2 knots. The captain of the vessel is obliged to check in at the Nautical service or at the Marina Reception without delay, and to hand them over the required vessel documents and the crew list. In the case of arrival in the Marina by land, the captain of the vessel is obliged to check in at the Nautical service or at the Marina Reception without delay, and to hand them over the

required vessel documents. Before leaving the Marina, the user of services is obliged to pay all the services he used, upon the current price list. Marina may keep the user’s vessel or things until he pays his debts completely. He also has to announce the return at least 24 hours in advance.

The mooring of the vessel must be done safely, with undamaged ropes of proper dimensions and with appropriate fenders. Mooring ropes must not interfere with the sailing of other vessels. If a vessel is not moored properly, it will be done by the Marina employee at the expense of the user of the berth.

VI - STAY IN THE MARINA

Upon the arrival to the Marina, the user of the berth is obliged to register the stay for himself and his crew by presenting their passports or identity cards. 4. During the stay in the Marina the vessel must be visibly marked with the name and registration numbers. On the contrary the Marina may put appropriate labels at the expense of the user of the berth.

It is allowed to make a connection on the dock power pedestal only with the proper electric cables, with the power that is marked on the electric socket of the pedestal. Connection to the water installation can be made only with undamaged hoses that have the closing valve on their endings. 8. Before leaving the vessel it is always obligatory to disconnect all electrical cables and water hoses. If the user of the vessel doesn’t do this

Any pollution of the sea is strictly forbidden and in case it occurs we will charge the polluter for the costs of removing the pollution in the equivalent value of 300 EUR. The area where works on the vessel are done must be kept clean, and before leaving it it is obligatory to thoroughly clean it. Otherwise we will charge the costs of cleaning in the equivalent value of 50 EUR. The captain of the vessel is obliged to put the bilge-pillow in the bilge In the Marina only the use of biodegradable detergents is allowed In the Marina only the use of ecological paints is allowed Prohibited is the sailing in of vessels that use harmful anti-fouling systems (organic tin compounds which act as biocides). Vessels longer than 24m, BRT less then 400, must have a valid Declaration of the anti-fouling system, signed by the owner, with attached documentation from which it can be seen that the allowed system is applied. On the contrary we will charge the owner for cleaning in the equivalent value of 20EUR. The dogs must be kept on leash that is adequate for the size of the dog, as it is defined by law 11. Picking flowers is not allowed. 12. In the case of larger pollution Marina will determine the person who caused it, take the necessary measures to prevent further pollution and notify the harbour master’s office and other competent state offices about it. The person who caused the pollution will be charged for all the costs.

IX METEOROLOGICAL REPORT Marina will post a valid meteorological report issued by the Croatian Hydrometeorological Institute daily on the information board

X USING THE HOISTS The owner or the user of the vessel, prior to lifting of the vessel, is obliged to warn the person working with the hoist about the equipment on the underwater part of the vessel, and provide accurate data on the position of the same. In the absence of the information Marina can not be charged for the potential damage.

XI - ANNOUNCING AND HANDING OVER THE WASTE FROM VESSELS The Plan for announcing and handing over the waste is an integral part of these Regulations, and is available to all users of the Marina upon request.

XII - METHODS OF CONTROL The control over the application of these Regulations is performed by the Management or the person authorized by the Management. Control over the sailing in and out of the Marina, mooring, anchoring, and staying of the vessels in the Marina is performed by the Head of nautical service and Nautical service personnel. Control over respecting the Ecology regulations and Prohibitions is performed by the Maintenance Manager, by the Head of nautical service and Nautical service personnel, and by the Head of Maintenance and Maintenance personnel. Any disregard of these Regulations is to be reported to Reception Manager. The Marina may terminate hospitality to a Marina guest or cancel the contract to a berth user due to the violation of these Regulations. All complaints and remarks should be made through the Reception. The Complaints Book is also kept in the Reception.

XIII - FINAL REGULATIONS Regulations on order maintenance in the port of nautical tourism Tehnomont marina Veruda Ltd is valid from the date of verification by the Harbour Master’s Office Pula, who is also qualified for the surveillance over its application. These Regulations were approved by the Harbour Master’s Office Pula on 19.11.2008.

REGELN ÜBER ANHALTUNG DER ORDNUNG IM HAFEN DES NAUTISCHEN TOURISMUS I - ALLGEMEINE BESTIMMUNGEN Durch diese Regeln werden die Ordnungsbedingungen im Hafen des nautischen Tourismus Tehnomont Marina Veruda verschrieben. Die Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung gelten für alle Bootsbesitzer, sowie auch für alle andere Personen, die sich im Bereich dem Marina aufhalten. Mit dem Betreten der Marina werden die Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung, die an der Pforte, an der Rezeption und am Anschlagbrett ausgehängt sind, als angenommen erachtet. Die Marina-Verwaltung kontrolliert die Umsetzung der Vorschriften.

II - ANWENDUNG DER EINZELNBEREICHE DER MARINA Hafen Bereich der Marina besteht aus: • Wasserliegeplätzen für Vertrags- und Transitboote • Operativen Bereich der Küste • Bereich für Landliegeplätze

III - PLATZANWEISUNG FÜR BOOTSANLEGUNG Die Marina bestimmt den Liegeplatz für das Boot nach ihrem Liegeplatzplan. Im Einklang mit den Änderungen in diesem Plan darf die Marina das Boot auf anderen Liegeplatz versetzen.

IV - EIN- UND AUSLAUFEN DES BOOTES Beim Einlaufen in die Marina kann der Bootsleiter seine Ankunft über Radiostation VHF Kanal 17 oder telefonisch anmelden und die Marinaangestellten werden nach Bedarf die Anweisung für Einlaufen geben. Während der Fahrt im Bereich der Marina darf kein Boot schneller als 2 Knoten fahren.

Der Benutzer ist vor der Abreise verpflichtet, alle benutzte Dienstleistungen laut der gültigen Preisliste zu begleichen. Die Marina darf das Boot oder die Sachen des Gastes bis endgültiger Begleichung der Schulden aufhalten. Falls das ein untervertragsstehendes Boot ist, muss der Benutzer jedes Auslaufen länger als 1 Tag anmelden und die Rückkehr mindestens 24 Stunden im voraus anmelden.

V - VERTÄUEN UND ANKERN Alle Boote in der Marina werden in der Regel mit dem Heck zur Küste vertäut. Die Boote müssen sicher vertäut werden, mit ordnungsgemässen intakten Tauen entsprechender Massen und durch Ansetzung von entsprechenden Fendern. Die Anlegetaue dürfen die Fahrt anderer Boote nicht stören. Die unkorrekt vertäute Boote werden von Angestellten der Marina auf Kosten des Besitzers vertäut. Ankern ist in der Marina verboten. Ausnahmsweise darf der Geschäftsführer Ankern erlauben, falls dafür ein regelrechter Grund besteht.

VI - AUFENTHALT IN DER MARINA Bei der Ankunft in die Marina ist der Benutzer des Liegeplatzes verpflichtet den Aufenthalt für sich und seine Crew mit dem Reisepass oder Ausweiss anzumelden. Während des Aufenthaltes in der Marina muss das Boot sichtbar mit dem Namen und Kennzeichen markiert werden. Im Gegensatz kann die Marina die entsprechende Kennzeichen auf Kosten des Besitzers aufstellen. An den elektrischen Verteilerkasten wird nur der Anschluss mit den richtigen Kabeln erlaubt und mit der Stärke die an der Steckdose des Verteilerkastens erlaubt ist.

Der Bootsleiter ist verpflichtet seine Ankunft gleich bei der Matrosen oder an der Rezeption anzumelden und Bootsdokumente und Crewliste abgeben.

An der Wasserleitung dürfen nur intakte Schläuche, mit Verschlussventil am Ende, angeschlossen werden.

Bei der Anreise über Land ist der Bootsleiter verpflichtet, sich gleich bei den Matrosen oder an der Rezeption anzumelden und die Dokumente abzugeben.

Vor jedem Verlassen das Bootes alle Stromund Wasseranschlüsse ausschalten. Falls der Bootsbesitzer das nicht macht, dann wird das der Marinapersonal ohne vorherige Anmeldung tun.

Das Boot muss mit entsprechenden Feuerlöschern ausgestatten sein. Die Arbeiten am Boot (Schleifen, Anstrich u.ä.) sind wegen dem Schutz der anderen Boote nur auf bestimmten Plätzen in der Marina erlaubt, bzw. in der Vereinbarung mit der Marina. Der Bootsbesitzer oder Bootsbenutzer sind verpflichtet sich um in der Marina liegendes Boot zu kümmern und er verantwortet genauso für alle anderen Booten gegenüber entstandene Schäden, sowie auch gegenüber Marina, Einrichtungen, Geräten oder Anlagen. Der Bootsbenutzer verpflichtet sich im jeden Augenblick gültige Haftpflichtversicherung den dritten Personen gegenüber zu haben.

VII - UMWELTSCHUTZ Alle in der Marina anwesende Personen verpflichten sich: 1. Für saubere Umwelt in der Marina zu sorgen. 2. Abfallöl, Ölfilter, Treibstoff- und Schmierfettreste sowie auch anderen fettigen Abfall, Batterien, Farben, Farbenreste und Komunalabfall müssen getrent und in dafür vorgesehenen Behälter entsorgt werden. Jede Verunreinigung des Meeres ist streng verboten und als Kosten der Verschmutzungsentsorgung wird ein Pauschalbetrag im Wert von EUR 300 berechnet. 3. Während der Arbeiten den Bereich um das Boot sauber halten und am Ende der Arbeiten den Bereich völlig reinigen. Im Gegenteil wird ein Pauschalbetrag für die Säuberung in der Höhe von EUR 50 berechnet. 4. Der Bootsleiter ist verpflichtet in die Bilge des Bootes Öko-Schwamm zu setzen. 5. In der Marina ist nur die Benutzung der Bioabbauendenwaschmitteln erlaubt 6. In der Marina sind nur die Ökoanstrichmitteln erlaubt. 7. Das Einlaufen ist verboten für die Boote, die schädliche chemische Mittel gegen Bewuchs benutzen (organische zinnhaltige biocidähnliche Mittel). Die Boote länger als 24m und Bruttogewicht weniger als 400T müssen gültige vom Besitzer unterschriebene Deklaration über Anti-

bewuchssystem haben und als Beiblatt die Dokumentation, woraus man entnehmen kann, dass nur genehmigte Antibewuchssysteme angewendet worden sind. 8. Während des Aufenthaltes in der Marina ist die Bootstoilettenbenutzung verboten. 9. Das Leeren von Chemischentoiletten im Marinabereich ist verboten, ausser in dafür vorgesehenem Raum (Chemischetoilette neben der Wäscherei). 10. Die Haustiere dürfen nicht ohne Aufsicht in der Marina herumlaufen und eventuelle tierische Abfälle ist der Besitzer verpflichtet weg zuräumen, weil im Gegenteil ein Pauschalbetrag im Wert von EUR 20 berechnet wird. Die Hunde dürfen in der Marina nur an der Leine, die ihrer Grösse entspricht, geführt werden (wie im Gesetz verschrieben). 11. Blumenpflücken ist verboten. 12. Im Fall grösserer Verunreinigungen wird die Marina den Grund feststellen und die nötige Massnahmen durch ihre Angestellten unternehmen und davon den zuständigen Hafenamt und andere Staatsämter benachrichtigen, sowie auch dem Verursacher die Kosten in die Rechnung stellen.

Ruhestörung der anderen Gästen in der Marina verursachen. Lärmen von 22:00 bis 08:00 Uhr, ausser in den Gaststätten, die bis 24 Uhr Musik spielen dürfen. Sich in der Nähe der Kräne aufzuhalten. Vorschriftswidriges Parken von Fahrzeugen, Parken auf den Grünflächen und Verkehrsstrassen. Die vorschriftwidrig geparkte Fahrzeuge werden auf Kosten des Besitzers entfernt und wird ein Pauschalbetrag von EUR 100 berechnet. Motoren eingeschaltet lassen, wenn nie-

mand aus der Mannschaft an Bord ist und den Bootspropeller im Antrieb lassen, ausser wenn ein Bootsmanöver nötig ist. Gas- oder Stromgeräte eingeschaltet lassen, wenn niemand aus der Mannschaft an Bord ist. Die SAT-TV Antene selber am Steg aufstellen. Montage und Aufbau von Treppen, Kästchen oder ähnlichen. Beiboote, Surfbretter, Fahrräder o.a. am Steg, in Grünflächen oder im Meer aufstellen, sondern nur auf dafür vorgesehenen Plätzen. Irgenwelche Tätigkeit ohne Marinagenehmigung auszuführen. Spazieren und Aufhalten unbefugten Personen auf den Stegen. Die Bootsbenutzung ohne schriftliche Vollmacht vom Besitzer.

IX - WETTERBERICHTE Jeden Tag wird die Marina die aktuelle von kroatischen Wetterinstitut veröffentlichte Wettervorhersage auf dem Anschlagbrett aushängen.

X - UMGANG MIT DEM KRAN Der Besitzer oder der Bootsnutzer müssen vor dem Rauskranen den Kranarbeiter auf Sonderausrüstung am Unterwasserteil hinweisen und die genaue Angaben über diese Stellung geben. Falls wir keine Informationen darüber haben, kann die Marina für die eventuelle Schäden nicht verantwortet werden.

XI - ANMELDEN UND ANNAHME DER ABFÄLLE VON BOOTEN UND TRAGLASTRESTE Der Plan für Annahme und Handhaben mit dem Abfall ist der Bestandteil dieser Verordnung und auf Anfrage kann jedem Gast vorgezeigt werden.

XII - KONTROLLENMODUS Die Kontrolle über die Anwedung dieser Regeln macht die Verwaltung der Marina oder von der Verwaltung ermächtigte Person. Die Aufsicht über Ein- und Auslaufen der Boote, Vertäuen, Ankern und Aufenthalt der Boote in der Marina machen Nautikleiter und die Matrosen. Die Aufsicht über Umweltschutz und Anhaltung der Verboten führt der Geschäftsleiter des

Wartung, Nautikleiter und die Matrosen, sowie auch Wartungsleiter und Wartungspersonal. Jede Missachtung dieser Regeln wird dem Leiter die Rezeption. Die Marina kann jedem die Gastfreundschaft oder den Liegeplstz wegen Missachtung dieser Regeln kündigen. Bei allen Beschwerden und Reklamationen vermittelt die Marinarezeption. An der Rezeption bekommt man das Beschwerdebuch.

XIII - SCHLUSSBESTIMMUNGEN Die Regeln über die Anhaltung der Ordnung im Hafen des nautischen Tourismus Tehnomont Marina Veruda d.o.o. tritt in Kraft am Tag der Überprüfung durch den Hafenamt Pula, der gleichzeitig für die Kontrolle dieser Regeln autorisiert ist. Die Regeln sind vom Hafenamt Pula am 19.11.2008 zugelassen.

Ovaj mladi menadžer danas je zahvalan svojim prethodnicima koji su 2001, odlučili posaditi sadnice oblice, leccina i pendolina u krugu marine. Tek zadnjih nekoliko godina počela se posvećivati pažnja maslinama o kojima brinu, kako nam veli Aleksandar Šuran, vrijedni dečki iz službe održavanja marine, koji po pravilima struke kose maslinik, obavljaju rezidbu, špricaju grane i beru zdrave plodove. Transportiraju ih do moderne uljare u obližnjim Banjolana, ulje potom buteljiraju i skladište. Većina njih maslinarski zanat ispekli su u svojim obiteljima koje se bave maslinarstvom. “Od kada proizvodimo naše maslinovo ulje lanjskom berbom postigii smo rekord ‘težak’ 80 litara. Dok su maslinari južne Istre muku mučili sa nametnicima, koji su im prepolovili urode,

naše masline su bile zdrave, jedre, zaštićene od mogućih bolesti i nevolja. U blizini nema maslina, čija bi moguća zaraza ugrozila naše te utjecala na prinos i kvalitetu našeg ulja i pokazalo se da svojevrsna izoliranost naših stabala itekako ima prednosti “. Svjestan je da kvaliteti Tehnomontova ekstra djevičasnkog maslinovog ulja doprinosi suvremena uljara “Nonno Bruno” i ove godine, kao i lani, osvojio zlato na Svjetskom prvenstvu maslinovih ulja u New Yorku. To ulje, navodi nadalje Šuran, poklanjaju vjernim gostima i poslovnim partnerima.

Während die anderen Oliverbauerun im Süden Istriens Probleme mit Parasiten hatten und dadurch ihre Produktion halbiert wurde, unsere Olivenbäume waren gesund. In der Nähe gibt es keine Olivenbäume, welche unsere infizieren konnten und somit auf Qualität und Endergebnis Einfluss nehmen konnten. Diese Isolierung unserer Olivenbäume hat sich am Ende als ein großer Vorteil herausgestellt“. Er ist sich bewusst, dass die Qualität des Tehnomont Nativen Olivenöls Extra von der modernen Ölmühle abhängt. Sein Brand „Nonno Bruno“ hat in diesem Jahr, genau wie im Vorjahr, den Goldpreis auf der Weltmeisterschaft der Öle in New York gewonnen. Dieses Öl, erklärt weiterhin Suran, wird langjährigen Gästen und Geschäftspartner geschenkt. „Unsere Gäste, Bootsinhaber, sind besondere Gäste, respektieren Qualitätsprodukte und sind

nicht zu anspruchsvoll. Oft müssen wir unseren Gästen neben dem gastro-önologischen Angebot auch die Geschichte der authentischen Speisen, hochwertigen istrischen Weinen sowie nativen Olivenöl Extra zu liefern. Insbesondere freuen sie sich, wenn wir ihnen unser Olivenhain zeigen und erklären, dass das Olivenöl das sie in der Hand halten, den Ursprung in diesen Bäumen hatt. Ich weiß, dass manche Gäste sogar bei der Olivenernte mitgeholfen haben, was wirklich ein besonderes Ereignis ist. In dieser Marina fängt die touristische Saison im März und endet Ende Oktober, also wundert nicht, dass die Marinaverwaltung alles tut, um ihre Gäste zufrieden zu halten. Die Geschichte des Olivenöls aus der Marina ist deswegen die beste Werbung für die Marina selbst, aber auch generell für die autochthonen Brands wie schon weit bekannten istrischen Olivenöls.

Visina paušalnog iznosa boravišne pristojbe za nautičare sa plovilima dužim od 5m te ugrađenim ležajem, ovisi o duljini plovila i vremenskom razdoblju za koje nautičari kupuju boravišnu pristojbu. Na plovilu koje plovi u Republici Hrvatskoj moraju se u svrhu provjere nalaziti sljedeći dokumenti u izvorniku: 1.

BORAVIŠNA PRISTOJBA Prema novom Zakonu o boravišnoj pristojbi, paušal boravišne pristojbe plaćaju vlasnici ili korisnici plovila (nautičari) za sebe i sve osobe koje noće i borave na plovilu, ukoliko je plovilo duže od 5 metara s ugrađenim ležajevima. Plaćeni paušal pokriva boravak na plovilu duž cijele hrvatske obale. Paušalni iznos boravišne pristojbe nautičari mogu platiti za različito vremensko razdoblje, u prostorima lučke kapetanije, odnosno ispostave lučke kapetanije. Nautičarima koji paušalni iznos boravišne pristojbe plaćaju prvi puta izdaje se vinjeta i račun za određeno vremensko razdoblje, a za drugi i svaki slijedeći puta izdaje se samo račun za novo vremensko razdoblje. Račun o plaćenoj boravišnoj pristojbi se uvijek mora nalaziti na plovilu. Gostima koji unajmljuju plovilo, boravišnu pristojbu naplaćuje charter-tvrtka u polaznoj luci za svo vrijeme trajanja najma i za sve osobe na plovilu. Paušalni iznos boravišne pristojbe utvrđuje se prema duljini plovila.

Vignettes which served as a proof of payment of all levies shall no longer be issued. As of 1 April 2014 the safe navigation, lights and marine information chart fees no longer apply and instead a single safe navigation and marine environment protection fee is introduced, which will be charged by vessel length and engine power. Pursuant to the latest Sojourn Tax Act, owners and users of vessels (boaters) over 5 m in length with built-in beds shall pay a flat rate tax for themselves and persons staying and sleeping onboard. The paid flat rate covers the stay onboard throughout the Croatian coast.

Boaters may pay the flat rate of the sojourn tax for different time periods at the competent harbourmaster’s offices. Boaters paying the flat rate of the sojourn tax for the first time shall be issued a vignette and a receipt for the respective time period. However, each time after that, they will only be issued a receipt for the new time period.

The receipt of sojourn tax payment shall be kept on board at all times. A charter company shall charge the sojourn tax to guests chartering a boat in the port of departure for the entire duration of the charter and for all persons on board. The flat rate of the sojourn tax is established based on the length of the vessel.

KROATIEN: EINREISE AUF DEM SEEWEG Die Vorschriften gelten für über 1,5 m lange und mit über 5 kW starken Motoren ausgestattete Wasserfahrzeuge. Der mit seinem Wasserfahrzeug in die Gewässer der Republik Kroatien einlaufende Bootskapitän ist dazu verpflichtet, auf kürzestem Weg in den nächst liegenden, für internationalen Verkehr offenen Hafen einzulaufen, um sich der Grenzkontrolle zu unterziehen, sowie: 1. 2. 3.

Der Bootskapitän ist dazu verpflichtet noch vor dem Beginn der Seefahrt für das auf dem Landweg in die Republik Kroatien transportierte oder das in einem Hafen oder an einem anderen Ort in der Republik Kroatien verwahrte Wasserfahrzeug der Hafenbehörde: 1. 2. 3.

Verschmutzung des Meeres eingeführt, deren Höhe je nach Länge und Motorkraft des Wasserfahrzeugs variiert. Nachweis, dass das Entgelt für die Schifffahrtssicherheit, die Befeuerung, die informative Seekarte sowie die Aufenthaltsgebühr, wenn das Wasserfahrzeug über Schlafplätze verfügt, entrichtet wurde.

Vignetten, die als Beleg für die entrichteten Gebühren dienten, werden in Zukunft nicht mehr ausgestellt.

Nachweis einer Haftpflichtversicherung für verursachte Schäden gegenüber dritten Personen

Seit dem 01.04.2014. ist das Entgelt für die Schifffahrtssicherheit, das Entgelt für die Befeuerung und die informative Seekarte abgeschafft; allerdings wird eine einmalige Gebühr für die Schifffahrtssicherheit samt Schutz gegen die

Nachweis über das Eigentum oder die Vollmacht zur Nutzung des Wasserfahrzeugs.

ANMELDEGEBÜHR Gemäß des neuen Gesetzes zur Anmeldegebühr sind die Inhaber oder Nutzer von Wasserfahrzeugen (Nautiker) verpflichtet, eine pauschale Anmeldegebühr für sich und alle Personen zu entrichten, die auf dem Wasserfahrzeug nächtigen und sich darauf aufhalten – wenn dieses länger als 5m ist und über Schlafplätze verfügt. Der entrichtete Pauschalbetrag deckt den Aufenthalt auf dem Wasserfahrzeug entlang der gesamten kroatischen Küste. Den Pauschalbetrag der Aufenthaltsgebühr für verschiedene Saisons zahlen die Nautiker in den Hafenbehörden bzw. in den Hafenamtszweigstellen. Nautiker, die die pauschale Aufenthaltsgebühr erstmals entrichten, erhalten eine Vignette und eine Rechnung für die jeweilige Saison. Für jede weitere Zahlung wird nur eine Rechnung für die neue Saison ausgestellt. Die Rechnung für die gezahlte Anmeldegebühr muss sich auf dem Wasserfahrzeug befinden. Gästen, die ein Wasserfahrzeug mieten, stellt das Charter-Unternehmen im Start-Hafen die Anmeldegebühr in Rechnung; diese gilt für die gesamte Mietdauer und für alle sich auf dem Wasserfahrzeug befindenden Personen. Der Pauschalbetrag der Anmeldegebühr wird gemäß der Länge des Wasserfahrzeugs bestimmt.
